J would make the sand fly behind the bike!
Last weekend we took the toys out to the dunes just outside of town. My surfing day was cancelled (due to high winds) but the boys figured the weather would not stop them from going out! They rode for a couple hours while I went for a walk, with heavy wind resistance, and then I sat in the truck and read my book.

Wow, love the beach and dune pictures... sure makes me homesick for the islands! I'll be following your adventure for sure...
